All sales are final on ALL items. We are in a global pandemic and taking proper safety measures for our customers and staff.
If your item is found to be damaged, please send an email to email@example.com with a photo of your damaged item with 2 days of receipt (via USPS tracking delivery date).
If the same item is available for exchange, we will exchange it. If it is not, we will refund your money. Unfortunately we can not exchange merchandise because you do not like the color, bought the wrong size or do not like how they look/feel. These are not considered damaged/defective and will not be exchanged or refunded.
