Keep in mind if your breast are high density (very heavy) you will need to use more tape to get the lift you are looking for.

I’ve always had a bigger chest and I swear by this tape! I’ve always had a hard time finding something that holds me up and strapless bras never helped. This tape does!! I got size xxl. The contour/boob tape from Glam Hoarder is amazing! I have always stuggled to find great contour tape or even strapless bras to fit my breasts. I used the extra large tape for my dress that I wore in Jamaica. Unfortunately I left my scissors at home and had to tear through the tape which prevented precise lengths but it did the job.. I am 34I and the tape held up all night.
